Willie K., William Kahaialii, is one of Hawaii’s most gifted musicians, spreading the joy of Hawaiian music, aloha, and more around the globe. He has also donated his time and talents to help many nonprofits and charitable organizations raise money for their needs. The last time Vern and I saw him perform was at the Grand Naniloa Hotel a few months ago to help raise funds for the Pacific Tsunami Museum, and he brought the house down.
Even now, as he powers through the difficult journey of radiation and chemotherapy for lung cancer, he takes time each day to make a video of encouragement and hope – for his loving fans and those on a similar path.
His family, friends, and Maui Tribe Productions, LLChave set up a GoFundMe account to help with Willie’s medical expenses, and donations of any size will be gratefully appreciated.https://www.gofundme.com/willie-k-cancer-fund. Please consider sharing this post with your friends.
Thank you, Willie K., for all the beautiful music. We look forward to hearing your Hana Hou.
